Danville, Virginia — Danville Police say a man has been arrested after allegedly punching a Disney employee at the Walt Disney World Resort.
The man was arrested and booked into the Danville Detention Center with two counts of assault and one count of harassment.
According to police, the victim told police that the man had an argument with her at the Disneyland Resort at about 1 a.m.
He was arguing with her about her dress and the way she was wearing it.
The victim said she had to physically stop him, but the man continued to verbally and physically attack her.
The victim then went to another room, where she says he grabbed her by the shirt and started punching her in the face.
The man then pulled out a firearm and pulled the trigger.
The weapon was a BB gun, police said.
Police say the victim called 911, but did not report the incident.
Disney has said in the past that employees and guests are free to leave the resort without any harassment.
